In December,
President Bush admitted to the country that he had been spying on the
American people. The astrological patterns that were active then are
reengaging through the latter half of June and early July. The main
planets involved are classical signs of political trouble. When we take
the President’s own horoscope into the picture, we can expect that he
will be defending himself heavily.
The Summer
Solstice, on June 21 holds a great deal of tension. A very tight
arrangement of planets sets the stage for something dramatic. The main
features of this event are making a direct contact to Mr. Bush’s
horoscope. This is a continuation of energies that began in December and
will not fully complete until next October. However, the peak of
energies now will bring some kind of breakout of suppressed information.
The crisis is likely to be as multifaceted as the Solstice chart.
The high side in
general terms is that economics are still stable. People are examining
values (personal and commercial) and the potential is for a bit of
deflation that could help to stabilize growth. There is still the
corporate greed that must be addressed. Crisis and opportunity are the
same things to the big corporations. As the public becomes empowered to
stand for higher values of integrity, we may earn a realignment of
powers. Gas prices continue to creep higher and American’s keep filling
up high mileage vehicles. The crisis at hand will include this issue of
our addictions playing into corporate gain.
The tension in
the stars is also most relative to the tension on the earth’s structure
and atmospheric patterns. Storms are likely. The water element will be
predominant this month. That means our emotions are sensitive. Water is
easily moved. It represents social connectivity. Mercury, the planet of
communication is going to spend two months in the family sign, Cancer.
It turns retrograde on July 4. It will cover the last ten degrees of the
sign three times. It illustrates the mental digestion process focused
around home, family, mutual support, and our collective reality as a
nation. In this case, the attention is on the USA Mercury. This will
open up media channels that have been congested, or blocked.
Jupiter, the
planet of expansion will turn direct on July 6. This crossover in
directions of the two planets will give July the energy of struggle to
redefine information: news, testimony, and decision-making included. Who
is telling the truth? What is it the media wants us to accept as true?
It will be a summer to remember. We have politicians starting to take
the podium, so listen carefully to what they say. Honestly, the trend in
government is not democratic, if you believe that your vote means
nothing. It is time to look ahead to the next election and expect the
“powers that be” to play hardball with your true freedom. Do you notice
how the intensity of Kokie frogs increases with the voice of each new
frog? They can become deafening in their collective voice. Be vocal
about freedom.
