November 2005
By Norma Jean Ream
A dramatically changing picture of
life is upon us. Many factors of government and the infrastructure of
the nation are starting to show strain. There are several important
changes occurring while the Administration is trying (desperately) to
maintain the standard of operation that has been solid for most of three
decades. Two of these factors are Supreme Court Judges and the Federal
Reserve Chief. Should there be some change that releases the hold, this
could present an opportunity for big changes. Destabilizations of the
core group of power people in the government are possible in the next
few months. This is a tenuous period for the US.
In mid-November along with the Full
Moon, we will find many things thrown open to investigation and review.
Tensions will be high throughout the month, growing to a push for some
type of action, or reaction by the end of the month. Review,
re-evaluate, reorganize are good keywords for the last two weeks of the
month and into early December. This is not a good time for
starting new ventures. Research all the steps of your project and try to
cover all the bases before moving forward. Look more to February for
successful beginnings for business ventures.
The next two months will unfold a
series of events that will bring greater awareness to the public about
the current government. As the investigations unfold around the
President’s men, it could be more traumatic than Watergate. That being
likely, what will the nation do about it. This situation is going to
look like an aspen forest by Christmas.
The current administration has had a
strangle hold on the media for 18 months. The tight control over the
news and how it is told (or not) is weakening over the next year. Thus,
we are bound to have more of the story as the months pass. By February,
the secrets will begin to trickle forth and more will be revealed. Mr.
Bush is facing accountability, but in November, the heat is on friends
and advisors.
For everyday folks of the Baby
Boomer generation, this is a time of assessment of life strategies.
The influences in 2005 through 2007 are likely to present us with the
need to restructure what we expect for the next stage of life. The
themes that many face are changes in status, such as identifying as a
parent, as an orphan, or other self-identifications based on
relationships. These next few months are presenting a time of
reevaluation that will take us into adjusting to what calls us to be
more true to ourselves. Mature folks may be seeing more of what they
have in common with the young adults emerging into life direction. Let
that cue you to thinking in new ways, not old.
If you were twenty-something (again),
what choices would you make that lead you on the path of your true self?
It is never too late to be true to Yourself. If your life seems
to be calling for change, choose from your center. |
